The Mukhyamantri Vayoshri Yojana is for senior citizens above 65 years of age of the state. Its purpose is to meet their needs by providing financial assistance to eligible citizens.
Under this scheme, Rs 3,000 will be deposited in the bank accounts of eligible beneficiaries. Interested beneficiaries should apply immediately.
Eligibility to get benefits
- The beneficiary should be 65 or older on December 31, 2023.
- The Aadhaar card or other identity proof should be in the applicant’s name.
- The applicant’s annual income should be within Rs 2 lakh. Evidence of this should be attached to the income declaration.
Scheme Benefits:
Under this scheme, Rs 3,000 will be deposited into senior citizens’ accounts. The beneficiaries are expected to buy the equipment of their requirement from this fund. This includes the following devices:
- Glasses
- hearing aid
- Tip
- Wheelchair
- Folding walker
- Commode chair
- Ni-Brace
- Lumber belt
- cervical collar
The bill of equipment purchased by the beneficiary must be uploaded on the portal. If the beneficiary does not buy any equipment, the amount will be withdrawn.
Documents required to get benefits
- Applicant’s Aadhaar card or voter card
- Xerox of bank passbook
- Two passport-size photos
- Income proof and self-proclamation
- Self-declaration of availability of materials
- All the above documents should be printed and signed. These documents should also be appropriately investigated.

- After installing the application, you must click on the new registration button.
- Now, a registration form will open in front of you, in which you will have to fill out all the information, such as your name, father’s name, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, state, district, and address, properly.
- Now, you have to click on the register button.
- All the above documents will have to be uploaded.
